Classic oatmeal cookies are so satisfying.  Sweet, chewy, crunchy and they seem almost good for you.  I make them frequently with my Oatie Mix-up.  When I shared the Oatie Mix-up with all of you, I knew that this recipe was an essential for enjoyment of this particular Mix-up.  So I sat down at the computer to share the Oatmeal Cookie Recipe and discovered something I hadn’t realized; I’ve never written the recipe down!  Arrg.  The reason I’ve never written it down is simple; pure laziness.  But it’s the good kind of lazy.  In fact I’m going to share a Totally Cool Secret with you about how to be lazy with your favorite baked dessert recipes and get great results too.
