Chocolate Chip Angel Cookies
In our introduction video Laura mentioned my Chocolate Chip Angel Cookies – I thought I would share the original recipe with you while we are waiting for the Baking Outside the Box book with the easy recipe conversion to come out!
I began perfecting my chocolate chip cookies in my early teens. Every Sunday I would make chocolate chip cookies, trying various recipes. I would keep ingredients I liked (lots of butter) toss ones I didn’t care for (no walnuts if you please) and slowly over the years came up with what I felt was the perfect recipe.
Not only did the recipe turn out to be yummy and satisfying, my cookies were also lucky. Every single guy I made these cookies for asked me out on a date – without fail. Now that I am happily married that magical side effect is no longer needed. However, if this recipe can help a single girl out in her love life, I feel that sharing this recipe is worth it!
Editor’s note: These chocolate chip cookies are heavenly! — Laura
