Here are 7 great reasons to serve a Gigantic Cookie at your next party:
- It is impressive looking and fun. ( You know it’s good when people see it sitting on the refreshment table and burst out laughing.)
- It is fast and easy to make. (Whip it up with goody mix and spread in a prepared pan. )
- It feeds a crowd. (‘There’s enough for everybody! Don’t push.’)
- No worry about making sure each little cookie is the same size. (Does trying to do this drive you crazy too?)
- It looks great sitting alongside a pizza. (Another way to get laughs and then yummy noises.)
- It is the perfect replacement for someone who doesn’t like birthday cake. (Just a bit of frosting will steady the candles.)
- You can serve just one cookie and get lots of smiles.
So just how big is it? The one in the picture above is 14 inches! (You can also use the recipe to make two 8 inch cookies for gifting. )
This a recipe that uses Goody Mix. If you’ve never used it, now is your chance. Goody Mix can be made into a myriad of desserts. You can even add a few ingredients and turn it into one of the 7 mix-ups , like Brownie Bliss or Perfect sugar cookie mix, that are made from Goody Mix.
